Shipping & Logistics
From domestic distribution to container export, we plan the shipment, prepare the paperwork and manage the process from a single point.
Transport solutions
- Domestic distribution
- Road transport within Türkiye, part load and full truck. Factory to warehouse, warehouse to retail chain, or direct to the end buyer.
- Sea freight
- Full container (FCL) and less-than-container (LCL) export. Freeze dried goods are light and bulky; the loading plan is built on volume rather than weight, and we calculate that up front.
- Air freight
- For samples, urgent orders and batches where shelf life is critical. On small-volume, high-value shipments it can lower total cost compared with sea freight.
- Road export
- Europe and Middle East lanes. Door-to-door delivery with shorter transit time than sea freight.
Warehousing and distribution
- Warehousing
- Dry and humidity-controlled storage. Freeze dried products are hygroscopic — warehouse humidity affects shelf life even in sealed packaging, so storage is matched to the product group.
- Order fulfilment
- Breaking bulk into orders, labelling and preparing for dispatch. Piece-level shipping for e-commerce and retail channels.
- Consolidation
- Combining batches from different producers into one shipment. For buyers working with several suppliers this lowers freight and customs costs.
Customs and trade management
- Customs clearance
- Export declaration, HS code determination and clearance. A wrong HS code means both a duty difference and a hold at destination.
- Export documentation
- Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, ATR / EUR.1 movement certificates and the health certificates required by the destination country.
- Incoterms and insurance
- EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP — we calculate which term works in your favour and write the liability boundary into the contract. Cargo insurance included.
What we watch for with freeze dried goods
Moisture
The product absorbs moisture. Barrier packaging, desiccant and inert gas where needed; storage and container choice follow from this.
Fragility
The porous structure does not take mechanical load. Stack height and pallet layout are limited so whole-form product does not turn to dust.
Volume
Product that drops to a tenth of its weight keeps its volume. Freight is charged on volume, not weight, and the loading plan is built accordingly.
Traceability
Every shipment is matched to a batch number. If an issue arises at destination, which batch travelled in which container is on record.
