Supply Chain Management
Not a one-off purchase but continuity. From supplier selection to batch-level quality control, we run the chain on your behalf.
What we do
Supplier management
Depending on a single supplier is a risk. We keep at least two approved producers per product group and track their performance on lead time and rejection rate.
Quality control
Batch-level control: raw material before production, process during production, finished goods before dispatch. Retained samples serve as reference in a dispute.
Planning
Freeze dry production follows the harvest. Strawberry in April, fig in August — we plan your annual requirement against the season.
Contracts and negotiation
Price, lead time, quality tolerance and dispute clauses go in writing. A verbal understanding does not survive the first problem.
How we work
Analyse
We map your current chain: who supplies, where delays occur, where cost accumulates.
Design
Supplier pool, quality criteria, order cycle and stock levels are set. The output is a written plan.
Run
Orders are placed, production monitored, quality checked, shipping coordinated. You deal with one contact.
Report
Periodic report: delivery performance, rejection rate, cost movement. A chain cannot improve without measurement.
Where we step in
- Your supplier cannot scale
- Your order grew but the producer cannot keep up. We set up a second approved source and split the volume.
- Quality fluctuates
- Batches differ. We put the criteria in writing and introduce batch-level control.
- You cannot manage several suppliers
- Four producers, four shipments, four invoices. We bring them into one point.
- You have nobody in Türkiye
- A remotely managed supply chain does not hold. We stand on the ground on your behalf.
